If you tour or contact the property before entering your information here, you will not qualify for the bonus. Using the site first keeps your referral and bonus eligibility in place, and keeping Nico in the loop by text or email helps make sure everything is credited correctly.
Do renters pay anything to use this?
No. The renter never pays us. Compensation comes from the apartment property if a qualifying lease closes.
How much can I get?
Bonuses start at $250. Select listings qualify for more, with some going up to $1,500. This is on top of the current apartment community’s specials.
What do I need to do to receive the bonus?
First, enter your information before touring so we can send your details to the property. When you lease, write "Nico Nakamura / Apartment Locator" on the application so the property can attribute the lease correctly. It also helps to keep Nico in the loop by text or email until the lease is complete.
Is the bonus automatic?
No. You must complete each required step correctly, and the property must confirm the referral before the bonus is paid.
